The strikethrough price tells you nothing
Shopee's big double-date campaigns, 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12, are when shoppers buy and when discount labels get creative. A common trick is to raise a price a few days before a campaign and then "cut" it back on the day. The crossed-out price looks generous; the price history shows what really happened. This tool charts a product's daily price for the last 90 days so you can judge the deal yourself.
What you get for one link
- Current price, all-time units sold, rating and category.
- Affiliate commission per sale in VND and as a percentage, split into the seller-funded (Xtra) part and the platform part.
- A daily price chart covering 90 days, with flash-sale days marked.
- Lowest, highest and average price, plus the change over the last 30 days.
Any of these inputs work: the full product URL from your browser, a short s.shopee.vn link shared from the app, or the bare item ID.
Three checks before you trust a discount
- Compare with the 90-day average. A "sale" price at or above the average is not a sale.
- Look at the days just before the campaign. A sudden step up followed by a drop on the big day is the classic fake-discount pattern.
- Compare with the all-period low. If the product was clearly cheaper in a recent flash sale, waiting for the next one may pay off.
For instance, an air fryer listed at 1,290,000 VND "down from 2,500,000" is not much of a deal if the chart shows it sitting near 1,300,000 VND for two months.
Who uses it, and how
Shoppers
Time big-ticket purchases around the double-date campaigns and avoid buying right after a price hike.
Affiliates and creators
Your audience can check prices too. Verifying the discount before you post protects your credibility, and you see your commission per sale on the same screen. To find more products worth reviewing, try the Shopee Affiliate Product Finder.
Sellers
Watch when competitors discount and by how much. Pair it with Shopee Keyword Research to see the typical price band across the whole niche. If you also sell on Lazada, look up the same item with the Lazada Product Checker; price history is currently available for Shopee only.
About the data
Prices and sales come from what our marketplace data source has collected on Shopee, not from Shopee's official records. New or rarely tracked products may show fewer than 90 days, and all-time sales tend to be under-counted.

Frequently asked questions
Which Shopee link formats are supported?
Full product URLs from the browser, short s.shopee.vn links shared from the app, and plain item IDs.
Why does the chart show fewer than 90 days?
The chart only includes days on which our data source recorded a price. Newly listed or newly tracked products have a shorter history.
Are the prices and sales figures exact?
No. They come from data collected on Shopee by our data source, not from Shopee itself, and total sales are under-counted. Use them to judge price trends rather than as official figures.
What is the difference between Xtra and platform commission?
The Xtra part is extra commission funded by the seller; the rest is paid by the platform. The tool shows both, in VND and as a percentage per sale.
Is this an official Shopee tool?
No. Keywordplanner.vn is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Shopee.
